  • Ocular involvement occurs in 30–70% of sarcoid patients.
  • MC manifestation - Granulomatous anterior uveitis
  • Granulomatous pan uveitis
  • Mutton fat keratic precipitates
  • Iris nodules (Koeppe's / Busacca's)
  • Trabecular meshwork nodules 
  • Peripheral anterior synechiae 
  • Band-shaped keratopathy
  • Fundus findings
    • Candle-wax dripping
    • Pre retinal nodules: Lander’s sign

  • Image of one of the findings might be shown
  • It is a granulomatous uveitis.
    • May be asked to pick out from non-granulomatous conditions
