- Creamy yellow patches

- Mutton fat KP: Macrophages – granulomatous uveitis
- Small and Medium KP: lymphocytes – Non granulomatous uveitis
- Fine KP/ Stellate KP - Endothelial dusting
- Fusch hetrrochromia iridocyclitis
- herpetic iritis
- CMV retinits
- Old KP – healed uveitis
- Pigmented KP – Chronic non granulomatous uveitis
