- Upper airways
- Lungs
- Kidneys
- Skin
- Clear or blood-stained nasal discharge
- later becomes purulent
- Patient complains of “persistent cold”
- crusting, granulations, septal perforation in nose
- General systemic symptoms
- Anaemia
- Fatigue
- Night sweats
- Migratory arthralgias
- Lung - cavitary lesions on xray
- Kidney involvement
- Elevated serum creatinine
- Urine
- Presence of red cells
- Cast and albumin
- Biopsy from the nose is diagnostic
- Shows necrosis, ulceration of mucosa
- ESR is raised
- Systemic steroids
- Cytotoxic drugs
- Cyclophosphamide
- Immunosuppresasnts
- Azathiorpine
